Wine Tasting Room
Our tasting room, patio, and gazebos offer abundant, comfortable seating and beautiful views of the property. We’ve expanded and enhanced our patio space with additional decking and screens that protect from wind and rain, where you can relax with your favorite award-winning West Sandy Creek Winery wine and one of our popular tapas platters. We have live music Saturday and Sunday afternoons and on occasional evenings over a holiday weekend. Because there’s nothing better than live music at a winery! A couple of times each month, one of our food truck partners like Sweet Jay’s Kitchen are on hand for Food Truck Saturday, expanding the available food options. WSCW is a proud member of the Texas Bluebonnet Wine Trail, which happens twice a year. You can get more information about it here.

Do I need a reservation for a wine tasting at West Sandy Creek Winery?
Reservations are not typically required for general visits or wine tastings at West Sandy Creek Winery. Reservations may be recommended for parties of six or more to help the winery plan for the best possible seating arrangement.
What’s the difference between a Wine Flight and a Wine Tasting at West Sandy Creek Winery?
Wine Flights include four selections served together on a tasting paddle, with several pre-selected flights featuring similar styles or characteristics. Traditional Wine Tastings include four samples served one at a time at the tasting bar, offering a more guided experience and an opportunity to learn about each wine as you taste.
What types of wine can I taste at West Sandy Creek Winery?
West Sandy Creek Winery offers a variety of Texas wines, including sweet, dry, and fruit wines, as well as wines made from Texas-grown grapes. The selection changes seasonally, with options for experienced wine lovers and casual visitors alike.
Can I bring food or order food at the West Sandy Creek Winery tasting room?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring outside food and snacks to enjoy during their visit. The winery also offers tapas platters, and local food trucks visit on select Saturdays throughout the month.
